Sunday, December 21, 2003 So, we're back at an Orange Alert level for Homeland Security.![]() Just in time for the red and greens of the holiday season! Wahhoo! Homeland Security Secretary, Tom Ridge, says the threat of a terrorist attack is as great, "this time," as it was during September 11th, 2001. I guess the Grinch is trying to steal Christmas or something. The new alert status reminds me of this past summer when they raised the National Refreshment alert level up to "Sunny Orange." Good times, indeed!! I think we should be especially vigilant during this time of seasonal cheer. Hey!!! You never know who could be crawling down your chimney!!! ![]() |
