Sunday, November 14, 2004Have A Heart... Or Not.... So, Vice President Dick Cheney is out of the hospital, and apparently feeling "fine" after having some chest pains this past week. WHAT A LAUGH!!! I love how they keep trying to convince us that this stone cold bastard, actually has a heart. HA HA... AS IF!! Of course, I guess the stress of running the country into the ground has to be pretty intense. Not that I'm feeling pity for the guy. I mean... he is getting rich as the blood of innocent civilians, and American soldiers spills into the streets of Iraq, right?Cheney reminds me of a villain from a shitty horror movie. No matter how many times you think the guy is a goner, he keeps getting back up for more. Speaking of health troubles in the White House... Dubya's cabinet is dying off faster than Ohio's Secretary of State can rig an election. That's good and bad, really. The good news is we don't have to listen to John Ashcroft go on about the vile indecency of renaissance art anymore. The bad news is, we're bound to get a new round of morons in the same positions. Oh well... I guess that's just more idiots we can laugh at... while our civil liberties get flushed down the toilet. Turning to the Middle East... poor, poor Yasser Arafat. The man never got to see his dream of a Palestinian state... and that's a very sad thing. I'm not saying the guy was a saint. He was a swindling, highly violent, and stubborn man. But what he fought for (in its purest form) was a just cause. His people were stripped of their homeland, and he wanted it back. Were his methods always the best choices? Obviously not. But I still feel for his family and the Palestinian people. ![]() The whole situation made me curious about who will be the next Palestinian leader. And I'm kind of going out here on a limb, but I think Ringo Starr is a really good choice. He's not Palestinian, or Muslim for that matter. But he strikingly resembles Arafat... and I think that might help the Palestinians rally around him. Plus... Ringo is a big fan of peace and love. And really... isn't that what the Middle East needs right now?? Well, that's all I can think of for now. So until next time, here are a few more pictures, from the HasserVision album. Thanks for your support. Looks like Bush already chose some new cabinet members... ![]() (those are Nazis for you history dolts) ![]() It's the new American rage... immigrating to Canada!
